In a very strange sort of way, it becomes more beneficial when you are compelled to wait for something for more time than what is normally expected to take for it. And this is exactly when seems to have happened in the case of the next generation Apple iPhone 4S.The new iPhone from the Cubertine company is scheduled to land on October 14, 2010 after having seen an official announcement a few days back.

The joy becomes manifold if the product not only arrives after testing everybody's patience, but also comes out to b e more than well equipped with all the right technological goodies. Imagine getting to use a eight mega pixel camera for a video shoot in high definition! And this is not the only plus the fifth generation Apple iPhone carries with it.

It can readily be stated here that the legacy of high end technology that the recently demised Steve Jogbs left behind is now successfully carried forward with the Apple iPhone 4S.

Apple has very sensibly decided to call its new mobile gizmo the iPhone 4S and not the iPhone 5. And in this way has managed to keep alive the excitement for the millions of Apple fans the world over. Now, they will all be excitedly awaiting the arrival of the Apple iPhone 5 that is believed to be on its way and get an official release some time in the first quarter of 2012.

Apple has equipped the iPhone 4S with the dual core A5 processor as well as the latest from its stable, the Apple iOS version 5 of the operating system. The processor is believed to render seven times more speed and efficiency levels than its predecessor, the Apple iPhone 4.0. The other big advancement with the new iPhone 4S is the in-built voice command ability given to the handset. You can orally dictate identified commands and your device will dutifully carry it out without a whimper!

Already there is news circulating that there has been pre-order bookings for over a million units the world over. Markets like the UK, Australia and of course, the USA, are agog with heightened anticipation for the eventual arrival of this magical mobile phone device.
